Project Construction Management
We provide end-to-end construction management to ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Our services cover construction planning and execution strategy, site mobilization and temporary facilities setup, construction scheduling and progress monitoring, subcontractor management and coordination, cost control and budgeting, site supervision and workforce management, interface management between engineering, procurement, and construction teams, and risk management and mitigation planning.
Civil & Structural Construction
Our civil and structural construction services support industrial facilities, refineries, pipelines, and power plants. We deliver site grading and earthworks, foundations for heavy equipment and rotating machinery, concrete structures and industrial buildings, structural steel fabrication and erection, pipe racks and equipment support structures, roads, drainage and underground utilities, and industrial flooring and containment systems.
Mechanical Construction
We execute installation and assembly of mechanical systems for process plants and industrial facilities, covering equipment installation and alignment, pump, compressor and turbine installation, pressure vessel and heat exchanger installation, storage tank erection, mechanical assembly of process systems, rotating equipment installation and testing, and mechanical completion support.
Piping Fabrication & Installation
Our piping teams manage the fabrication, erection, and testing of complex piping systems. Our services include piping fabrication and spool preparation, process piping installation, pipeline construction and tie-ins, pipe supports and hanger installation, welding and non-destructive testing (NDT), hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing, and flushing, cleaning, and system readiness verification.
Electrical & Instrumentation Installation
We deliver installation and integration of electrical power systems and plant instrumentation, covering electrical cable tray and conduit installation, power cable laying and termination, switchgear, transformer and motor installation, lighting and earthing systems, instrument installation and calibration, control panel and control system installation, and Distributed Control System (DCS) and PLC integration.
Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning Support
